Police Unveils Details of Mohbad’s Reaction After Nurse’s Injections
In a significant development, Commissioner of Police Idowu Owohunwa of Lagos State has shed light on the events that transpired after the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, better known as Mohbad, received injections on September 12, 2023. During a press briefing held at the Lagos State Command headquarters in Ikeja, Owohunwa provided crucial insights into the singer’s medical reaction.

Commissioner Owohunwa said Mohbad experienced adverse effects following three injections by Nurse Feyisayo Ogedemgbe. The distressing symptoms included vomiting and the development of goosebumps, marking the unfortunate chain of events that unfolded.
Detailed Account of Mohbad’s Medical Reaction After Injections
The Commissioner of Police shared these revelations as part of preliminary reports from the ongoing investigation aimed at unravelling the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s untimely death.
During the investigation, various individuals were questioned, including Mohbad’s family members, including his father, mother, sisters, brother, wife, and manager.
Commissioner Owohunwa clarified that Mohbad was already lifeless when he arrived at the hospital on September 12, and medical professionals officially certified his death.
The nurse, Feyisayo Ogedemgbe, who had been summoned by Mohbad’s friend Ayobami Sodiq, popularly known as Spending, to administer the injections at the singer’s residence, played a central role in the tragic events. The three injections administered by Nurse Feyisayo are believed to have triggered the adverse reactions that ultimately resulted in the singer’s demise.
Commissioner Owohunwa succinctly stated, “Mohbad began vomiting and developed goosebumps after the injections.”
Recalling the unfortunate incident, it is worth noting that Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, and was laid to rest the following day in Ikorodu, Lagos State.
