The assailants, whose identities remain unknown, forcefully entered the LG chairman’s residence on Friday night after Isha’i prayer, chasing away individuals present before abducting his wives and fleeing to an undisclosed location.

Nasiru Ahmed Kiyawa, while speaking to BBC Hausa, confirmed the attack and expressed his concern for the safety of his wives. He revealed that the gunmen fired shots at his door before forcefully taking his wives, who are currently being held hostage.
