Distinguished Colleagues,

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) President, Mr Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau, OON, SAN, has constituted the National Officers’ Election Appeal Committee, subject to ratification by the National Executive Council (NEC).

The committee is tasked with receiving and resolving electoral complaints and disputes arising from the election of national officers and the election of NBA representatives in the General Council of the Bar.

The committee chairman is Mr. Usman Ogwu Sule, SAN, with Mrs. Folashade Alli, SAN, serving as the alternate chairman. Other members include Dr. Agada John Elachi, SAN, Adizua Okoroafor, Esq, Matthew Osume, Esq, Amina Senchi (Mrs), and Stella Omoikhefe Owu (Secretary).
