NBA-YLF Governing Council Establishes National Pro Bono Committee

The NBA-YLF Governing Council (Council), led by Abdurrauf Tijjani Aboki, Esq, AICMC, takes a significant step toward addressing the social justice gap in Nigeria.

Formation of the National Pro Bono Committee:

The Council establishes a National Pro Bono Committee of the NBA-YLF, aiming to unite distinguished young lawyers committed to promoting social justice.

The committee’s formation reflects a concerted effort to provide free legal representation to marginalized individuals across Nigeria.

Objectives:

The Council endeavours to create a robust platform for these dedicated legal professionals to develop strategies for effectively offering pro bono services.

Through this initiative, the Council aims to extend pro bono legal assistance to indigent individuals in every state and the Federal Capital Territory.
