NBA YLF Yenagoa Branch Leaders Confer with Bayelsa State Customary Court of Appeal President

Young Lawyers Forum (YLF) Yenagoa Branch members recently engaged in a significant meeting with the Customary Court of Appeal President in Bayelsa State. The gathering aimed to foster collaboration and exchange ideas on legal matters, further strengthening ties within the legal community.

The Leadership of the Young Lawyers’ Forum (YLF), Yenagoa Branch of the NBA with its desire to build a more cordial relationship with senior lawyers and the Bench, particularly in their bid to bring everyone on board the “Building Capacity Train”; paid a courtesy visit to the President Customary Court of Appeal Bayelsa State, Honourable Justice, Daniel Ayah.

In his address, the Chairman, YLF Yenagoa, Izibetoyin Eze, thanked the President of the CCA for the audience graciously granted.

Thereafter, the YLF Chairman spoke to the issues that necessitated interfacing with his lordship, which include, amongst others, the urgent need for Capacity Building amongst Young Lawyers and the need for support from the Bench in the actualization of this Capacity Building Project.

While reacting to the YLF visit, my lord mentioned that his doors are always open for young legal minds. He encouraged that as young lawyers, character, competence, and hard work are inevitable.

The curtain of the meeting was drawn with the leadership of the YLF, Yenagoa, making a presentation to my lord Hon. Justice Daniel Ayah, for and on behalf of the entire YLF, Yenagoa.
