With a rich history of contributions to the legal community, Blessing previously held the position of Welfare Secretary at the Uyo Branch from 2018 to 2020.

Her dedication and expertise extend beyond the local level, as she played a crucial role as a member of the 2022 Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference Technical Committee for Conference Planning. Blessing has assumed the role of Chairman for the Uyo Branch 2023 Conference Planning Committee in recognition of her capabilities, showcasing her commitment to advancing legal education and professional development.

Blessing Udofa-Poromon also serves as the current secretary of the Law Officers Association of Nigeria (LOAN) Akwa Ibom State chapter, a position she held from 2021 to 2024. Her influence extends to the national stage as a National Executive Council (NEC) member of the NBA, contributing her insights and leadership from 2020 to 2022 and 2022 to 2024.

Beyond her legal endeavours, Blessing has made notable contributions as the former head of legal and strategic planning for the coordination of multinational and donor agencies in Akwa Ibom State. She has also lent her expertise to the Gender-Based Violence Management Committee, where she advocates for gender inclusion and mainstreaming.

As a vocal advocate for gender equality and a consultant on training, technology, and education issues, Blessing Udofa-Poromon has established herself as a respected figure in the legal community and beyond. Having been called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010, she continues to inspire and make a positive impact in various spheres.
