The Federal Government will examine the Court of Appeal’s reinstatement of Senator Ifeanyi Ararume is the Non-Executive Chairman of Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL.

It says although the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation is yet to receive a formal copy of the judgement, the President affirms that due judicial process will be followed as NNPCL has already taken steps to go on appeal.
The statement stresses that the administration respects the rule of law, saying nothing will be done outside it to resolve the matter.
