Court Of Appeal: Adeleke was affirmed As Governor Elected. 

The Court of Appeal has affirmed Governor Ademola Adeleke as the fully elected governor of Osun State in the July 16 governorship election in the State.

A three-man Panel by Justice Mohammed Shuaibu set aside the Judgment of the Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal that sacked Senator Ademola Adeleke as the governor of Osun State.

Court Of Appeal: Adeleke was affirmed As Governor Elected.

According to the Appellate Court, the tribunal was wrong to have reached a conclusion on overvoting based on evidence on the end-back server report, not from the BVAS-accredited data.

The Court also awarded the cost of five hundred thousand each against former governor Gboyega Oyetola and the All Progressives Congress.
