In this solemn moment, I extend my condolences to the Judiciary and the Benue Bar on the passing of the honourable Justice Shagbaor Ikyegh. As the presiding justice in the Court of Appeal, Port Harcourt division, he leaves a legacy of dedication and service to the pursuit of justice.
The loss of Justice Shagbaor Ikyegh is deeply felt, and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family and the entire state. May they find the strength and fortitude to bear the weight of this significant loss.
