The Essay is open to all law students of higher institutions within the central and West African regions;
The International Intellectual Property Commercialization Council (IIPCC) is a non-governmental, nonprofit, apolitical international organization. The main objective of the IIPCC is to contribute to promoting and valorizing intellectual property globally.

To do this, she establishes chapters all over the world. The IIPCC Cameroon Chapter carries on the activities of IIPCC in Central and West Africa. As one of her actions to promote and valorize intellectual property within the regions, Cameron puts in place an essay competition on the topic:
