Online Application Procedure for Stamps on NBA Portal

Dear Distinguished Colleagues,

I trust this message finds you well. In line with our commitment to digitize the NBA Secretariat, I am pleased to announce that the stamp application process has transitioned to an online platform through the NBA Portal.

While manual applications received before this notice will be duly processed, all subsequent applications for stamps are encouraged to be made through the online portal.

Online Application Procedure for Stamps on NBA Portal

Kindly follow the step-by-step process outlined below for a seamless online application:

A. PAID STAMPS APPLICATION:

Step 1: Login

  • Access the NBA Portal and proceed to the payment section. Choose “Stamp and Seal.”

Step 2: Pack Selection

  • Select the desired number of packs from the drop-down options and click “Next.”

Step 3: Preview and Payment

  • Review your selection and proceed to make the payment for your stamp.

Step 4: Select “Stamp Application”

  • Navigate to the stamp application section.

Step 5: Document Upload

  • Click on the three-dot menu under the “Action” column.
  • Select “Upload Document” and upload evidence of payment of your branch dues for the current year.

Step 6: Select the Type of Stamp

  • Choose either the public (red) or private (green) stamps.

B. COMPLIMENTARY STAMPS APPLICATION:

  • Lawyers who paid BPF between January 1st and March 31st, 2024, are entitled to 48 free stamps (2 packs).
  • Complimentary stamps will automatically appear in the stamp application section after BPF payment but can only be claimed after uploading evidence of Branch Dues payment.

Important Note: Ensure that evidence of payment of Branch Dues is uploaded to complete the application process.

Additional Information:

  • Members who previously applied for stamps online without attaching Branch Dues receipts should promptly upload them on the NBA Portal.
  • Processed stamps will be dispatched to the respective Branches for collection.
