It is the second consecutive time that his arraignment will be stalled.
The arraignment slated for Wednesday, October 23, at a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Abuja was stalled as the matter was not listed on the court’s cause list.
Journalists were given no reason as lawyers to both parties were absent in court.

She was said to have taken ill and could not attend court.
The president judge, Justice Hamza Muazu, adjourned the case till August 23 for the arraignment of the defendants.
Emefiele is facing 20 charges of procurement fraud, conspiracy and conferring corrupt advantages on his associates.
