Zamfara State Police Command rescues Kidnap victims.

Tactical operatives of Zamfara State Police Command have rescued Nine Kidnap victims abducted from Kucheri Village of Tsafe local government area.

This was revealed by the police public relations officer PPRO of the command, CSP Mohammed Shehu, in a press release made available to Radio Nigeria in Gusau.

According to him, on Thursday, 13th April 2023, Police Tactical Operatives successfully rescued the Nine (9) hostages of Seven (7) females and Two (2) males who were abducted on 11th April 2023 at Kucheri village in Tsafe LGA of the state.

He noted that rescuing the victims was a sequel to credible information obtained from a good samaritan, which the Police used and successfully rescued the victims hale and hearty.

CSP Shehu said the victims, while with the Police, underwent a medical check at the Police Clinic facility in Gusau. They were debriefed by the Police detectives and were reunited with their family/Relations.

The Commissioner of Police, CP Kolo Yusuf, congratulates the victims for regaining their freedom and reassures the public of the sustained onslaught against the activities of bandits and other criminal elements.
