Dear Distinguished Colleagues,

On behalf of the Board of the NBA Institute of Continuing Legal Education, I invite you to participate in the Second Edition of the NBA- ICLE Intellectual Property Law Training. You would recall that we ran an introductory Intellectual Property Academy sometime in March 2021.

The training started today, Tuesday, 18th April 2023, at 2 p.m. and will continue on Wednesday, 19th April, at 2 pm, with the last session on Thursday, 20th April.

The sessions will be facilitated by notable Intellectual Property Law Practitioners, including Prof Bankoke Shodipo, SAN, Mr Femi Agaba, Chinasa Uwanna, Nta Ekpiken, Simi Oyelude and Uju Otudor.

Kindly complete the fields in the link correctly to enable us to issue and send certificates and course materials after the training session.

In the coming weeks, we will have other practical training on Arbitration Practice, Criminal Procedure, Digital Transformations (with Allen & Overy), Project Finance (with Akin Gump), Medical Law, Petroleum Law and Energy Transition.

The Africa Continental Free Trade Area Agreement and associated matters, insolvency, etc. Details of each of these will be provided in due course.

The NBA provides this training at no cost to our members, and we encourage you to

participate in the capacity-building and empowerment sessions.
