Group demands full investigation into Nasarawa Assembly Crisis.

The Nasarawa State Stakeholders Forum has called Inspector General of Police Usman Alkali Baba to Intervene in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly Leadership tussle to avoid the State of Anarchy in the State.

The group also demanded a full investigation into the actions of individuals and groups that led to the State House of Assembly crisis in Nasarawa State.

At a news briefing in Abuja, the group emphasized that if adequate measures were not taken to ensure that all elected House of Assembly members have access to the Assembly Complex, the State would witness setbacks in Governance.

The Convener of the group, Comrade David Manga, cautioned security agencies in the State to avoid being partisan in discharging their duties.

Another group member, a former Chairman of Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, Mr Akala Samuel, said the twenty-four House of Assembly members should be allowed to carry out their constitutional responsibilities without hindrances.

Mr Samuel appealed to Governor Abdullahi Sule to unite the conservative factions and resolve their differences.
